1. On the bottom right of the project room, there is (+) button for writing and there are five different options.

     <Types of writing>

  • Text: You can enter a general text, and attach files and photos.
  • Text 2.0: Provides various writing options such as bold text, Italic, underline, adding cross out line, and editor.
  • Task: You can set task progress, assign specific person in charge, select start and due date. These are specialized for the business work.
  • Schedule: You can set title, time, place, memo, and notification of the schedule.
  • To-do: You can enter a task, set deadline, and authorize specific person in charge.

2. Files and photos attachments are only available in text, text 2.0, and task. Files are uploaded in file format, and you can see the preview image when you upload photos.

     <Attachment options>

  • Upload from PC: Upload files from PC
  • Import from Drop Box: Attach files from Dropbox (Dropbox account’s required)
  • Import from Google Drive: Attach files from Google Drive (Google Drive account’s required)

[Mobile]

1. If you choose the (+) in the project room, you can write/post contents. There are five main types of writing.

     <Types of writing>

  • Text: You can enter a general text, and attach files and photos.

  • Take photos: Attach a photo(s) that is(are) instantly taken from the camera on this phone.
  • Picture: Attach selected photos from the album on this phone.
  • File: Attach files from this phone or cloud.

         (iOS can only select files from the cloud.)

3. For iOS, when you select the ‘file’, you can see the menus like below.

     <Cloud attachment>

  • iCloud Drive: Login with an Apple account
  • Google Drive: Login with a Google account
  • Dropbox: Login with a Dropbox account
