Create and share a schedule

[Web]

1. In the writing area, select ‘Event’. You must enter a title, time and reminder, but entering location and memo are optional.

  <Event Contents>

  • Title: Enter a title of schedule (ex. Customer meeting)
  • Time: Set start time and deadline (You can set for all day)
  • Place: Enter a location (Google Maps will show you the search results)
  • Memo: Type anything related to schedule
  • Reminder: Receive alert before the schedule.

2. If you enter a location on a location box, Google Maps will show you the results, and selected map will be automatically attached.

3. When you set up reminders, you'll be notified before the schedule time. (Default is 30 minutes in advance.)

[Mobile]

1. Select the + icon on the bottom of the main screen, and select a 'Schedule'.

3. The image below is all-entered. If you select ‘Save to Calendar’, the contents will be saved in your phone calendar. If Google Calendar is linked to your mobile phone calendar, it will be more useful.
