While using a desktop version, check the description below if you have the connection error.
1. Check your network connection status.
You must be connected to the Internet to use the desktop version as well as mobile version. Please make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet. (If you can connect to the internet, you can also use the desktop version of flow.)
2. Please check if firewall, or security tools are blocking your specific access or not.
If you see the above screen even though the internet is working well, check out the security programs installed on your computer. Your firewall or security tools may automatically save flow’s url address onto the block list, and if so, you cannot use the desktop version of flow.
