Flow provides 'Task gathering' feature so that you can collect all your 'tasks' among the various projects and posts.

1. How to see your whole tasks
There are two ways to gather the tasks from the whole projects’ and the specific project.
[All tasks]
Select the "Tasks" button on the left menu to see the all tasks that you are participating in.
[Project task]
In the project, if you click the 'Task' on the right-side menu, you can see the specific tasks of the project you are currently viewing.
2. Use Task filtering / Sorting / Searching
[Searching]
At the top, there’s a searching bar. You can quickly search tasks by task name, task number, writer, project manager, and project name.
[Filtering]
On the left side, there’s filtering menus. You can quickly filter items. Select options from Task Classification / Condition / Priority / Start date / Due date.
[Sorting]
There’re sorting menus on top of the task list. You can sort tasks by ascending or descending order.
3. Use Grouping/View Settings
Flow provides task grouping and view settings functions so that you can see your tasks more efficiently.

You can group your list by status criteria, due date, and project criteria.

You can select and specify the view options based on your preference.
4. View task details
If you click the task from the list, you’ll see a split screen and you can briefly check task descriptions.

1. Task gathering(+Check report)
All tasks or project-tasks can be found in the ‘Tasks' at the bottom of the screen. You can see the task list on this screen. We also provide 'task reports' for each projects in the room. You can check the number of projects and progresses of them. (Select ‘View tasks Report’ at the top of the project room)
2. Check individual’s tasks/Change status
You can check each tasks in the list above, and easily change status.
(Anyone in the project can change the person in charge, as well as task related items.)
3. Use task filter

You can quickly select the types of tasks. (My tasks/Requested/All)
You can also filter the viewing options by selecting Status / Priority / Start date / Due date to check specific tasks quickly. You can simply classify the tasks list based on your preference.
