@Specify a user

[Web]

  1. If you type '@' when writing content in a post, work, or schedule, you will see a list of users participating in the project. You can specify a specific user to send notifications only to that user. You can enter the name after typing @, or you can select it from the list displayed below.

  1. When you specify this participant, a blue color will appear on the background of the name. When it is displayed like that, normally the @ user is specified.

  1. If another participant has specified me, you can collect them from the 'Specify me @' menu on the left side of the screen. If you need to look for it frequently, or if it is important comment, you can specify yourself using @ and find it later in the ‘Specify me @’.
