1. You can delete your account only if you use a free account(connected through Google account, Kakao, or just flow’s own account). If you are using a business account, please contact us at 1:1contact or email us(help@flow.team).
For free account users, select 'Preferences' from the profile menu on the upper right corner of the main screen.
2. In the ‘Account Information’ menu, select 'Delete the account'.
(Only guest account can be deleted and you cannot delete a business account. If you want to delete your business account, please contact us)

You cannot delete the account through mobile. Please use the web version.
