Browser (desktop) notifications not working

Browser (desktop) notifications only work with Chrome / Safari / Firefox browsers. If you are using the above browser but browser notifications do not work, please check below. If you are using Internet Explorer (IE), you can use Chrome, Safari or Firefox browser because it does not support browser notification function.

1. If you turn off the notifications setting

: You can turn on the notification option at [Settings] - [Default notification settings] menu.

2. If browser notification permissions are blocked

: When you first use flow, you might not be notified even if you have blocked browser notification permissions. At this point, you can receive notifications after unblocking them by following the instructions on how to turn off the notification block at the link below.

If you have tried all of the above and are still not receiving notifications,

please see if you have turned off individual project notifications.
