Zoom Integration

Connect Zoom to flow, and start video communication with your team members!

Pre-requisite

  • Zoom application

    • Click the link and download “Zoom Client for Meetings
  • Zoom account (Host only)

    • A host requires the Zoom account to create the Zoom meeting at “flow” (A participant does not require a Zoom account)
    • If you don’t have the Zoom account, visit the Zoom website and create your Zoom account (You can sign-up for free!)

  

Integration

  1. Login to your “flow” account

  2. Click Preferences > App Integrations, find the Zoom app and click “Connect

  3. Login to your Zoom account

    Note: If the flow app installation has not been approved, please contact your Zoom admin  

  4. Confirm the permissions the app requires for the integration, and click “Authorize”

Zoom Meeting at flow

You can start or schedule the meeting in accordance with your Zoom plans.

  • Start (Host only)

    • A host can start the Zoom meeting instantly via chat room, project page, and profile popup 

  • Schedule (Host only)

    • A host can schedule the Zoom meeting via Project > Event.

  • Join

    • Both host and participants can join the Zoom meeting at the flow app via chat room, project page, and calendar

  

Disabling the Zoom integration from the flow app

  1. Login to your “flow” account

  2. Click Preferences > App Integrations, find the Zoom app and click “Delete

 Note: To revoke the access authorization, the flow app Uninstallation is required.

 

Uninstallation

  1. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and login to your Zoom account

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the flow app 

  3. Click the flow app

  4. Click “Uninstall”
